Another cute character from Happy Core. I couldn’t find any series or game called “Gypsy in the Sky” so perhaps this is the artist’s own creation. 

I haven’t watched Clannad, and am not crazy about the huge eyed characters, but this Cherry Blossom image was cute, and seemed appropriate for the time of year. Early April is when the cherry blossoms bloom, and soon there-after fall like pink snow.  Sakura is the word for cherry blossoms in Japanese.

I can only imagine that the artist of this piece was aiming for the Yuki look. It’s close, but she seems to have her own identity of sorts. I love most images that have a musical element - throw in a maid outfit and I’m sold.[Any help identifying artist or series would be appreciated!]  

This art of Misato on a cute little motorcycle seems to fit in with Yoshiyuki Sadamoto’s use of retro vehicles and his attention to their accurate rendering. For example, after a bit of digging, this bike turns out to be a Honda Monkey z50J from 1975 (Only sold to Euro / Japanese market). The only difference I can find is that Misato’s ride has a custom exhaust installed.

There are lots of slice-of-life pics out there - this one stands out since it’s quite a specific activity not seen often. Well, maybe if you follow Prince of Tennis is not unusual. Anyhoo, i’m sure this will please some tennis-fetishist out there ;)[Any help identifying artist or series would be appreciated!]  

Samejima Mamimi chillin out somewhere remote by herself with her cat Takun. Strangely, she calls Naota and her ‘pet’ robot Takun too - which just shows how she thinks of poor Nao.
