The show in question is Nanatsuiro drops and the ram is actually the girl’s boyfriend.
Artist is Noizi Ito, and its from the H-game Nanatsuiro Drops, also turned anime. love her work, she did the art for the Shakugan no Shana and Suzumiya Haruhi novels too.
